The Rustic Roost offers a luxurious, fun, and unique western décor, with a massive deck that showcases some of the best sunsets you’ll ever see.  The expansive views of West Sedona and red rock formations like the Cockscomb, Chimney Rock, Teapot Rock, and Thunder Mountain will mesmerize you at any time of the day or night.  And the fact that the Rustic Roost backs up to the National Forest ensures your privacy.  When the nights are cool, imagine relaxing in front of the outdoor fire pit on the deck or grand stone fireplace in the living room.

The location of your western retreat is ideal for exploring all that Sedona has to offer.  You’re just minutes from many of Sedona’s best galleries, shops, and restaurants, not to mention hundreds of miles of hiking trails.  And, for the perfect day trip, the Grand Canyon is just two hours away. 

Rustic Roost is a luxury single family home, cleaned and sanitized for your comfort.  Please note that this is a non-smoking, pet free house. This 2090 square foot house offers three bedrooms with sumptuous bedding, TVs with Directv HD channels, and private bathrooms.  The master suite offers a king bed and romantic Kiva fireplace, not to mention a massive walk-in shower, all with rustic barn-board accents.  A second bedroom with a queen bed is located on the same main level and the third bedroom with a queen bed is located on the lower level.

The fully equipped kitchen, decorated in rustic Saltillo tile, has everything you need to cook a gourmet meal. 

Get a feel for the bygone days of Sedona when people got around on horseback. Cowboy hats are recommended, but not required.  And, we’ll provide the lasso!

Other Additional Notes:
- We offer Extended Stay discounts of 5% for 7+ days and 10% for 14+ days.
- On site for guest use is a cooler with ice packs (great for day trips!), hiking poles (2 sets), backpack, umbrella, 2 yoga mats, Red Rock parking pass, plus lots of card and board games.
- 50 amp outlet in garage to charge electric vehicle (NEMA 14-50R).

- Cancel 30 days or more before arrival date and get a full refund. Cancel between 7-30 days and receive a 50% refund. A 3% credit card processing fee on amounts paid to date as of the guest cancellation date will be deducted from all refunds.

- $300 Security Deposit hold to be placed on your card 1 day prior to arrival and released within 5 days after departure provided no damage occurs.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

From $375 - $550/night, depending upon season. We offer an Extended Stay discount of 5% for bookings of 7 days or more and 10% for bookings of 14 days or more.
